Hydrogen Peroxide

Hydrogen Peroxide(HP) has a wide variety of uses such as a disinfectant, oxidation agent, in bleaching and recovery processes. It is also used as a raw material and intermediate for in production of Propylene Oxide, CPL (raw material in nylon production) and SPC (detergent agent). Chematur’s HP technology is based on the autoxidation (AO) process and uses slurry catalyst in the working solution circulation loop. The 3rd generation of working solution currently developed by Chematur makes it possible to increase the productivity of the AO process by nearly 50%. Chematur’s HP technology offers a highly automated, stable and reliable state of the art HP manufacturing process distinguished by high level of safety and efficiency, minimized footprint, low consumptions rates, minimum environmental impact and waste, with output of a high-quality product at concentrations up to 70 % wt.
